Kristina is The Monarch Ballroom's Event Planner and Coordinator and she is the master mind behind all of the Studio's beautiful transformations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design and has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field. Natural talent combined with an outstanding ability to listen and fully understand all of her clients’ needs and desires, makes her easily one of the best event and party planners in the South Bay area. She has customized solutions to meet any of her clients' needs looking to create a memorable and unique event in our beautiful ballroom. From gorgeous floral arrangements to striking balloon decorations - she can help you create an unforgettable atmosphere and a lifetime memory for your special event.

Max is the Lead Dance Instructor at The Monarch Ballroom. He is a DVIDA Certified Ballroom Dance Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. Throughout his competitive career he has won several, and placed in the finals of numerous major international dance events, including winning the Rising Star Professional Ballroom Championships at the most prestigious Ohio Star Ball Championships. Max really enjoys teaching and sharing his knowledge with students of all levels and abilities, from complete beginners to serious competitors. He can help you take your very first steps on the dance floor, improve your technical ability, build confidence, choreograph your wedding dance, or be your Pro/Am partner at a showcase or a competition.
